Since taking the reins as Managing Director in 1989, he has steered the company on a trajectory of remarkable growth and expansion. Leveraging his vast experience in the construction industry, Mr. Chua has secured numerous high-value projects across government departments, agencies, local authorities, and the private sector. His proven track record includes managing and executing projects exceeding hundreds of millions of ringgit, solidifying Unipoh’s reputation as a trusted and reliable partner.

Tham Kok Keong
Mr. Tham’s qualifications in Quantity Surveying have been a cornerstone of Unipoh’s success since 1991. Leading both estimating and project site management, he’s overseen government projects exceeding RM350 Million
, including infrastructure, housing, and crucial public works. His expertise ensures high-quality construction within budget.

Chua Chin Yap
Unipoh’s future shines bright with Mr. Chua’s leadership. A 2010 First Class Honours graduate in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering (RMIT, Australia), Mr. Chua leverages his expertise as a registered Graduate Engineer. His Unipoh journey began as a Site Engineer, where his talent was evident. This practical experience, combined with academic excellence, positions him perfectly for his current role as director.
